Hey John-335572 you said;"The Labor Union is parasite to the society!!"
I beg to disagree. The unions are the ones responsible for all the humanitarian work place benefits we enjoy today. Left to the present republican party and the Rich;workers would still be working in 19th century conditions.
I am no union member and I don't always agree with them but I have to give thanks for them. Because of their agitation etc the Government was forced to implement Labor laws that continue to govern the work place to this day.
The eight hour work day? The union
"Before the Industrial Revolution, the workday varied between 11 and 14 hours. With the growth of industrialism and the introduction of machinery, longer hours became far more common, with 14-15 hours being the norm, and 16 not at all uncommon. Use of child labour was commonplace, often in factories. In England and Scotland in 1788, about two-thirds of persons working in the new water-powered textile factories were children.[7] The eight-hour movement's struggle finally led to the first law on the length of a working day, passed in 1833 in England, limiting miners to 12 hours, and children to 8 hours. The 10-hour day was established in 1848, and shorter hours with the same pay were gradually accepted thereafter. The 1802 Factory Act was the first labour law in the UK." source:
#Minimum_wageAny an every attack on the union is a attack on all of us. If the government(federal, state or local) gets to kill of the union then we will aal be at the mercy of the RICH! And we all know how THEY hate the poor and the working class. These are the same people who spend millions of dollars buying congressional votes against the proposal for a livable wage etc.
I respectfully disagree with your comment that; "The Labor Union is parasite to the society!!"
